Soft beds, friendly staff, and great location for exploring Milan's sights like the Duomo. Also loved the in-room lighting FX for creating my own ambiance.

Oh, and who doesn't love a dark, sketchy route from the train station? Adds a touch of danger to the experience!

My daughter & I stayed the first night of our 2 week stay in Italy.We chose it off the internet as it was close to the airport. We enjoyed the roomservice pizza,as we did not want to go out after a long flight.

It was quite difficult to find even with a nuvi. It is definately a motel, and not a hotel. But we took it in the spirit of an adventure!

The value for money at Motel Miami was excellent, with a comfortable room and great amenities. The location was perfect for quickly accessing the airport and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast options could be improved with more choices for vegetarians and less reliance on spicy dishes.

Breakfest must be improved, there is no internet connection on the room, there is only one restaurant nearby.

It's location near Linate airport (Milano, Italy); The parking of the car infront of the room door (like a motel in the U.S.A.). Providing gustes with toothbrush and tooth paste. (And also providing gustes with condom - is it for the possitive or the negative criticisme?)

The "buffet breakfast" was actually only pasteries and a cup of coffee - not my idea of "a buffet". There were not enough directing signs from the airport. The room was decorated (to our great surprise and laugh) like a .... with so called "getting you into the mood" blue vague lights and mirrors all over including the celling.

The value for the money at Motel Miami was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location near Linate Airport was convenient, especially for those facing flight cancellations. The staff were polite and accommodating, even offering us a complimentary breakfast to start our day.

Customer service terrible, Breakfast choice not very good very basic, Rooms look like they was last decorated in the early 1970's and 4 mirrors above the bed was not a great nights sleep.

Good access to highway, fast check-in, 24-hour concierge, secured parking, good wifi.

Can't fault anything about it.

The room at Hotel Motel Miami was absolutely amazing! It was so luxurious and spacious, and the comfortable bed made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The private en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower was a delightful treat, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The free Wi-Fi and air conditioning were also much appreciated. I felt like a VIP in this room!

The only thing I didn't particularly like was the private entrance in this double room. It was just a personal preference, but I prefer entering through the main hotel entrance where I can interact with the friendly staff.

My normal hotel wasn't available and required something close to airport this is about 10 mins,away , interesting rooms!! nice shower ,room clean, a place to stay with (wife's) and girlfriends!! lots of mirrors

breakfast did not start until 0700 and no way to have anything sooner, prices for room service very wouldn't recommend at out of normal hours arrival , asked for non smoking room but think all are smoking!!

The hotel had an excellent location for our city trip, as it was close to public transportation. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff did an exceptional job refreshing our space. we appreciated the comfortable bed that allowed us to get a good night's rest.

The breakfast offered was very basic, and lacked options like fruit or eggs. the furniture and carpet in the room seemed outdated and could use an update.

Totally nervouse reception on arrival, everything is dark with red lights everywhere. If you have a room undergraound you cannot open the windows because of dust.I Felt very unsafe as a lonely traveller.
